David Suzuki's refrain with regards to Kyoto hasn't changed in two years. In 2005, he insisted Canada had to start immediately in order to meet the 2012 deadline. In 2007, he repeats the same line, even as two years have passed and emissions have gone up, not down. That doesn't make much sense, does it?
According to David Suzuki, Kyoto targets are always achievable
